Starting from 22:30 Beijing time, access to our cloud services from Europe has returned to normal.
We have confirmed that the issue was caused by a problem with part of the carrier’s network.

Update -
We have confirmed that some users in Europe are affected. Our cloud service provider has found that part of the European network is currently experiencing issues, which may cause unstable connections to our services hosted in AWS.
